How long will it take ship my order?

I make all of my artworks to order. Most prints will be underway within 24-48 hours of placing your order and then carefully packaged ready for shipping. Framed prints will require a longer lead time to combine our printing and framing partners to do their best work. Framed prints are generally ready to ship 10-14 days after placing your order.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on where you are in the world, the item you order and delays during busy periods. Please note you will receive tracking once your order has been shipped. Please email sales@philgallagher.com if your order is urgent. As a guideline, I ask that Australian customers should allow 5 to 7 business days for prints and 10-14 days for frame artworks. International customers should allow 10 to 14 business days for all orders.

Do you ship all items internationally?

Not all items sorry, but here is what I can do for you. I do not ship finished framed prints internationally due to their fragile nature, weight and therefore hefty shipping costs. Only unframed fine art prints are shipped around the globe. However, I do love to help you connect with a local quality framer in your area if you are looking to purchase artworks which are unframed and save on the hefty shipping then have the print framed locally. I always suggest that all artworks are framed by a professional to ensure a high quality finished product.

Are shipments insured?

All pieces are fully insured for damage. Though rare, from time to time it does happen. Please notify us within 2 days of receiving your package so that we can submit a claim to the courier company. Include photos of the damage to the frame and photos of the packaging.

What about duties and taxes?

We only charge taxes to Australian customers (where GST applies) which is shown in the listed prices. International customers, you will not be charged these but you will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by your country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
